We are looking for our Head of Operations for TRIMIT Netherlands.

Due to the development and promotion of our current Head of Operations, we are ready to welcome a new leader to our team.

As TRIMIT Group we’re the preferred ERP supplier and sparring partner for fashion, furniture and industrial companies. Our industry solution, also called TRIMIT, is a complete standard solution tailored to the needs of individual industries, based on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Approximately 10.000 users are already using TRIMIT to create more revenue with fewer resources.

Lead and Inspire: Your Role as Head of Operations

As Head of Operations your responsibilities include managing the Dutch team of 11 colleagues. In this position, you also contribute to TRIMIT’s long-term strategy, with a strong growth target for the coming years.

You create a working environment in which team members are inspired to use their strengths, take responsibility and develop. In this position, you have a solid role in which you are expected to lead, motivate and also help your team to the next level. In this position, you’re responsible for the operational processes in terms of effectiveness and efficiency towards both the team and our customers, as well as for the cooperation within the group regarding the success of our solution. You have a direct cooperation, with the CSO of the Netherlands. Together you share an equal and mutual end responsibility for the management of TRIMIT Netherlands, meaning you both report directly to the Group CEO of TRIMIT.

You are:

  • An experienced operational leader or people manager, looking for the next step in your career;
  • Ambitious and result-oriented: you get excited by ambitious targets and understand the power is in achieving them together with the team;
  • Connecting strategy with operations: you can take a helicopter view and link this to actions & behavior in the operation;
  • Commercially driven: you are keen on great results and go all-in for customer success stories;
  • Process-oriented working: you look at what can be improved, create carrying capacity within the team and make sure that improvements are being implemented.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing both the Dutch and English language.
